Our datacenter provider will be performing scheduled electrical infrastructure maintenance on April 1st, 2026. This includes routine inspection and servicing of UPS systems.

No downtime or service disruption is expected during this window. Full redundancy will be maintained throughout the procedure.

Past Incidents

Minor incident Minor issue on Region VD
[Update]

We identified that the server reboot was caused by a faulty RAM module.

The server is currently operational after the reboot. The affected memory module will be replaced as soon as possible to prevent further occurrences.

No action is required from customers.
